Recently renovated 3 bedroom condo near downtown Palm Springs. Quiet gated community near all the best restaurants and bars. We just finished updating the whole unit with brand new furniture and appliances.
First floor has a large living space, dining area for 6, fully renovated kitchen with all new appliances. Full size washer and dryer and half bath powder room.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary suite has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet. The third bedroom has a full size bed with a work desk and closet.
All rooms have a remote controlled fan and direct AC vents. We have Spectrum high speed 1G internet and wifi.
The back patio attaches to your dedicated 2 car covered parking area. Conveniently attached to your unit.
The condo stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. The gated condo includes two full pools and spas. The pool is heated during winter months.
