The Space:

It has been lovingly restored with an eclectic twist, mixing antiques with quirky mid-century details, this is an unusual but elegant very large two bedroomed property, offering 5* accommodation.

The impressive hallway sweeps you upstairs to the first floor where the grand dining room overlooks the fine architecture of the former Telephone House, a room to dine in in style. The antique dining table seats eight, and it is a beautiful place to entertain, or just to sit on the window seats and watch the world go by.

Next to the dining room is a beautiful German designed kitchen; fully equipped with built-in larder fridge, freezer, double oven, induction hob, downdraft extractor and dishwasher of the highest standard. Everything you would want for entertaining is there, however, if you want to be pampered, we can also recommend private fine dining chefs.

Also at first floor level, there is the sumptuous Green Bedroom, complete with four poster King sized bed, antique furniture, luxurious sheets, and TV. The three enormous windows offer views of secret Norwich. There is also a table and chairs and a chess set, for relaxation.

Next to the bedroom is a dressing room with hanging space, or, if you want to escape and make use of the WIFI, it can also be a secluded office space.

The deluxe modern shower room is along the corridor, it boasts an extra-large walk in shower, with the softest towels and large sink, mirror, and toilet.

Another staircase leads to the second floor and the grandeur of the lavish sitting room, two large comfy sofas invite you to relax and enjoy the architecture of the high vaulted ceiling and the impressive windows, antiques, or read, or watch TV on the 58” screen beside the fireplace.

Leading from the sitting room is the second luxurious bedroom, with a Super-King size brass bed, dressing table, antique rug, and open antique wardrobe.

Also, off the sitting room, there is the palatial bathroom with vaulted ceiling, twin sinks, toilet and free-standing roll top bath where you can soak away the day. Carefully concealed there is also a washing machine for your use.
Next to the bathroom there is a study/dressing room with plenty of space for changing and getting ready, or to be used as a workspace.

The whole apartment boasts Wi-Fi in every room, and wireless operated heating controls.

Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes taxi ride from Norwich Train Station, 30 minutes from Norwich Airport, 1hr 40 from Stanstead by car, it is very easily accessible.

Although we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property we prefer to meet and greet our guests so we can ensure a smooth check-in and answer any questions upon arrival, we will then leave you to enjoy the property and immerse yourself into the Norwich lifestyle. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe codes 2 days prior to arrival.
