The ruins of a huge iron age hill fort at Warbstow Bury are only a short drive away and offer panoramic views. Enjoy the coast road north to see the lone lighthouse perched above the water at Hartland Point, or take a donkey ride or a stroll down the picturesque Clovelly's steep, cobblestone village street (no cars permitted) to the port and tavern far below.
