Welcome to Landmark Sunset Suite on the beach! Wake up to the waves and end the day with the spectacular sunset right from your spacious private balcony. This Condo had a front to back renovation completed January 2023. The goal of the renovation was open everything up and raise the ceiling so the view takes center stage! Love to cook? The gleaming white quartz countertops and the clean lines of the ceiling height, soft close cabinets, deep sink will battle the view for your attention. A similar battle will take place when you sink into either of the two plush recliners or comfy sleep sofa. Do you gaze out the windows or enjoy the top of the line 65” Samsung frame TV? Not a TV fan? The Frame TV has an ‘Art Mode’ displaying beautiful pictures and art when not actively watching TV. View art and prints rather than big black rectangle! Escape to the master suite and open the sliders to the balcony and relax in the brand new king memory foam mattress on a remote controlled adjustable base. Adjust bed to perfect height for enjoying a second 65” Samsung Frame TV. The master suite also has its own private bathroom, a quiet reading nook, a large walk in closet and direct access to the ocean front from balcony. Visitors and guests will enjoy the same memory foam mattress atop an adjustable base as well in guest room. Other niceties include Breville Smart Toaster Oven, Keurig dual K-Cup and Standard cone filter coffee maker, Ninja blender, large storage ottoman, beach and board games, beach chairs and umbrella, washer dryer down the hall as well as lots of quality soft bedding and towels. Just bring your clothes! Everything else you need awaits you.
You won’t want to leave your posh oasis, but there’s plenty to lure you out the door. In addition to the spacious ocean front balcony a second back balcony offers amazing sunrise and intracoastal waterway views. This will be your favorite spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Prime 4th floor location allows you to take in the details of the grounds and beach that gets washed out on the higher floors and take the stairs when the elevators get busy! The community includes heated pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffle board, a playground, outdoor grills, and it is gated with a security guard for ultimate privacy. A brand new boardwalk with rinsing stations provides direct access to the top beach in the U.S. with powder white sand and endless walks along the miles long shore!

Great location, unit has very comfortable furniture and lots of stuff to use. Quick walk to the beech great pool and hot tub. Lots of restaurants close by and bbq on site. Owner was easy to reach and quick to respond.
