The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances is situated between the living room and sunroom and features breathtaking waterfront views. The living room features a balcony with views of the Gulf, a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 75-inch smart TV. The sunroom has a balcony overlooking the Bay with views of the sunrise and a reclining loveseat. The coastal inspired master bedroom overlooking the Gulf features a king size bed, access to a covered balcony, and a luxurious private bathroom with a double granite vanity, shower, and soaking tub with breathtaking waterfront views and a large walk-in closet. We loved this condo on Sand Key. It has gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Very clean and nicely decorated. The well-stocked kitchen was appreciated, as well as a large washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. We’d like to return!

The condo was awesome! Fabulous views of the beach, ocean, and bay. Great sunset view! Restaurants and Shops within walking distance. Clearwater beach just a short drive away. The ocean is great. The water is very warm. The beach is uncrowded.

The moment you open the door you realize “10” on 10 is the perfect way to describe this lovely end unit. It is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need….including high quality towels, bed linens, etc.
The ceiling to floor windows offer spectacular views of the gulf and inter coastal with amazing sunrises and sunsets! June is a wonderful host! She was so gracious in helping me solve a problem I had in needing an extra night. I’m so grateful! I’ve been renting for 18 years on Sand Key. This unit is by far the nicest I’ve ever rented. Can’t wait to return in 2024! June, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with me. Peggy
