Located 10 minutes from the first beaches and 10-15 minutes from Deauville, Trouville or Cabourg, it will be the ideal place for your holidays.

You can enjoy its private swimming pool with whirlpool, secured and heated to 28 degrees (8x4m) from April to October as well as its fully enclosed garden with its beautiful very recent lawn.

Designed for 8 people, this charming thatched cottage has:
3 bedrooms (including 1 on the first floor), 2 bathrooms (1 on the first floor, 1 upstairs), 2 toilets (1 on the first floor, 1 upstairs), a large living-dining room and 1 equipped kitchen.

House located on the side of the road, on the Annebault-Dozulé axis.
