Flag Hotel Fátima Irmãs Dominicanas

Very spacious buildings, my room was spotless clean and nice and cool, I didn’t need the air conditioning switched on day or night despite the outside temperature being in the high thirties during the day. Comfortable bed and very quiet only heard one or two doors closing on the corridor. Plenty of of road parking.

Very safe for walking around the town for shopping and multiple restaurants near by. Room is old but clean, staff very helpful and breakfast is cheap

For those seeking a stay in Fátima that prioritizes spiritual reflection over the typical tourist hustle, Hotel Irmãs Dominicanas is an absolute gem. The property offers a rare combination of modern comfort and a deeply peaceful atmosphere, standing as a quiet sanctuary separate from the denser crowds. Its rich history and beautiful on-site chapel make it the perfect environment for meditation and prayer, providing a serene retreat that feels like a natural extension of the holy sites nearby. The location is exceptionally convenient, situated just a gentle three-to-five-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima, the Chapel of the Apparitions, and the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. Despite this proximity to the heart of the pilgrimage site, the hotel remains a peaceful haven, while still being just steps away from various local shops and authentic restaurants. The service here is equally impressive; the staff is remarkably friendly and went above and beyond by having our room ready at 11:00 AM, significantly earlier than the published check-in time. They also provided helpful luggage storage, which allowed us to explore the area freely. Our stay in Room 307 was flawless and remarkably clean, featuring spotless floors and crisp, fresh towels and sheets. With thoughtful amenities like a reliable thermostat and a hair dryer, the room provided a comfortable and pristine home base for a truly reflective visit.

I am impressed especially the bedsheets duvet cover towels you cant smell any trace of human scents. Everything was spotless.. To be honest it looks like a convent dormitory . But you wont fear errie as all nooks and corners were images of the cross. I feel safe and slept soundly by myself.Bonus 10 mins waild to the Sanctuary and just outside were shops and resto.Highly recommended.Hotel with breakfast cost was so affordable. human h
