La ubicación para hacer la parte sur se la Selva Negra. Varios restaurantes y supermercados al lado del apartamento. La limpieza y el equipamiento excelente. El párquing cubierto incluido en el precio con plazas grandes y de fácil acceso. En general muy bien.
Colchón de la cama para cambiarlo, está muy deformado. La falta de aire acondicionado, al tratarse de un duplex no es suficiente con dos simples ventiladores.
