Chapter Westminster London - Prime City Centre Location

Location is great, staff is friendly, rooms have everything you may need and feel modern, good quality for the price.

Unfortunately on our time there were constant issues with the lift, so I had to use stairs to carry a heavy baggage on check in and check out. There was also occasional construction noise deep in the night under our window which we were told should not happen. The train noise is not that bad if you have earplugs, we came in prepared for this.

The location was just perfect. It is a 5-minute walk from Big Ben. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The building is right next to a major railway and there is a train passing by like every 10 seconds. And the mattress was too soft for me.

Good location, really close to major sights in London. Felt very safe. Staff really friendly and nice to chat to. WiFi good and plenty storage space for items.

Unbelievably loud with noise from trains to the point I almost asked my employer to relocate me. Whole place was constantly under construction while I was there. Felt like dust was on everything constantly either from work being done or dirt from trains. Uncomfortably hot, had to borrow a fan from my work as nothing provided by property and couldn’t have window open through night because of noise. Rubbish store constantly overflowing and smelled bad. Was told my room would be cleaned every Monday but it only happened twice in an 8 week stay. I had to keep buying drain unblocker for shower as water wouldn’t run away. Extractor fan in kitchenette didn’t work.
