The staff and location was great
It wasn’t clear in booking.com that the Penthouse living area was shared with others. It made it uncomfortable to use the kitchen area

This was a great location to stay in downtown London. Close to everything and easy to get around. The views are amazing while you have coffee or enjoy the outside terrace. The hosts were great. They responded to questions and set up a What's App group to keep everyone in the loop. This is a home away from home if you decide to come to London. All the amenities are here. We came from two weeks of travelling Europe and were able to wash our clothes and reset for the next part of our adventure. We would definitely stay here again when next in London. Alan was taking care of the property when we arrived. So pleasant to speak with and he gave us tonnes of pointers for getting around London and enjoying a show on the West End. Don't waste your time searching for other properties, it doesn't get better than this!
Nothing really, unless you don't like a private elevator right to your suite!
