Absolutely great

I think it was the best apartment I have ever stayed in for such a low price. Very comfortable, cosy, new, absolutely fully equipped, we found some cookies and coffee, tea, easy check in, parking place, 15 min walk to the centre. We loved our stay here.

Great stay

My partner and I stayed here overnight after driving from the UK. I was sent the details in advance with clear pictures and instructions to locate the property and collect the keys. There was ample parking. The appartment was clean, bright and airy. I like the fact that water was in the fridge and some nice gingerbread. We had a car so was easy to get around.

There were kids playing outside in the court adjacent to our living room so we had to pull the shutters down for privacy. Some net curtains would counteract this but this is a personal preference.

Slick modern studio with all the mod cons - definitely recommend!

We were in Roanne for a wedding weekend and this appart both matched and exceeded our expectations. The studio used space really cleverly, and the kitchen and bathroom were incredibly well stocked with useful products and great appliances. I requested an iron as an added extra, which the host provided speedily. Particularly liked the sliding door access to outdoors, coffee machine, spacious cupboards and quiet, comfy sleeps we had here!

Very little! The building hadn't yet been rendered so it may look unfinished from the outside, but can guarantee, that everything inside is finished to a very high standard.

Excellent choix pour Roanne

Petit appartement de charme très bien équipé avec un hôte trop sympa et aux petits soins. Petit-déjeuner à la demande de très bonne qualité. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement juste devant.

Le lit est un peu dur, et il manque un miroir de plein pied, très utile pour nous les femmes.

Appartement tres propre, très bien équipé dans un endroit tres calme. Tout y est, il n'y a rien à redire. Voyageant régulièrement, c’est l’un des seuls appartement qui propose autant de belles prestations. Bravo!

L'alloggio è molto bello, tutto nuovo, pulito e profumato

Purtroppo non c'è scritto su booking l'orario del check-in e al mattino del giorno del soggiorno non ho ricevuto comunicazioni dalla struttura, per cui ho chiesto a che ora potevamo accedere, la risposta è stata dopo le 17. Inoltre su booking non è scritto il numero civico dell'indirizzo, per cui ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 17,15 circa per ricevere le istruzioni di accesso per il self check-in
