Très bon rapport qualité-prix. La direction était disponible quand j'ai eu besoin de les joindre.

La résidence est un peu bruyante et pas très accueillante. Niveau confort c'est le strict minimum, mais vu le prix je m'y attendais. En revanche c'était un peu sale.

Clean sheets and towels, toilet paper + soup upon request, working shower. Huge hallways and walls were painted in bright vivid colors. We had a roof over our heads but that's about it.

Not clear directions to find the building or how to locate the room/studio in it, had to walk around & ask people for help. WRONG code at the building door. Very poor communication, no WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram for calls over internet data, only through Booking app (slow) or local phone number (expensive when we pay for international roaming calls), Management took very long to reply, only in French, hard to understand. Local person had to call for us to figure out how to enter the building. Zeinab, cleaning lady, opened building entrance for us, but quickly disappeared in the dark hallways. We had no idea where to go and felt left behind wondering if she'd come back to lead us to room. She made the beds in our presence with the help of another tenant. She had to call management on our behalf to figure out how we can connect to the Wi-Fi due to the lacking communication from management. No Wi-Fi information in the room, Wi-Fi was slow & limited and off in the morning. Heavy cigarette smell in the room, cockroaches crossing the floor, no screens on the windows so had to keep windows closed on a very hot summer night, and no fan for ventilation. It was a sweaty night in a somewhat spooky building & environment.
