Très bon rapport qualité-prix. La direction était disponible quand j'ai eu besoin de les joindre.
La résidence est un peu bruyante et pas très accueillante. Niveau confort c'est le strict minimum, mais vu le prix je m'y attendais. En revanche c'était un peu sale.

La propreté de la literie, des draps,le confort du matelas,l'accueil de la dame à la réception et sa sympathie.
Les cafards dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre, les traces de graisse sur la faïence de la cuisine, la cuvette des toilettes sale, après pour le prix on ne peut pas être trop exigeant mais pour les cafards c'est plutôt ennuyeux.
