Incredible place to stay on Cham island. Amazing view and hosts were so lovely. Right at the harbor and around so many lovely restaurants. Location is perfect. WiFi is fast so I was able to work in the evening. Everything was absolutely wonderful.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Location was good - only 5 mins walk from the harbour. Host was friendly & efficient. She spoke good English. She was very good at organising our ferry tickets.
XEP beach is beautiful. There are no facilities but still worth a visit because it's clean & the sand is powdery.
The harbour on the mainland & on the island is very hectic when you leave & land - be prepared for aggressive sales people & make sure you know who you're supposed to be following on to the ferry/speedboat.
Was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the island. Saw a restaurant owner throwing out buckets & buckets of rubbish (lots of plastic) into the harbour - isn't the island supposed to be a UNESCO site?
Bai Ong beach has bars & restaurants but there was a lot of debris in the sea so we didn't swim there.
We ended up eating a few times at the same restaurant because the others didn't look particularly clean.

The property owner was communicative over the booking platform. They also organised and changed my boat tickets numerous times which I was so grateful for. The location was great – next to the jetty and restaurants plus a short-medium walk from Bai Xep.
Unfortunately I wasn’t very happy with the property, there were mosquitoes in my room and although it was clean, one light wasn’t working and the shower had extremely poor pressure and sporadic warm water, mostly cold. I ended up leaving earlier as the mosquito situation was too much for me. The property owner did offer to spray them on day 3 but that was the day I was leaving anyway.
I can see the property has received multiple good reviews so perhaps I just had a bad room.
