Phuoc Dat Riverside Homestay Hoi An

We stayed at Phuoc Dat Riverside Homestay and overall had a nice stay. The location by the river is very peaceful and a great place to relax after busy days in town. The staff — especially the lady working there — was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, helpful and always made us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable, although there was a slight musty smell at times. It did not ruin our stay, but something to be aware of. Overall, good value for money, a relaxing atmosphere and very friendly service.

We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the pool was fantastic – spotless and very refreshing. Breakfasts were delicious, and on some mornings they even served fresh fruit, which was a nice touch. The hotel is run by a sweet family who are always ready to help and make sure guests feel comfortable. The beach is within walking distance, and the owners take great care to ensure peace and quiet for everyone. Highly recommended!

I originally booked a Deluxe Twin Room but didn’t read the description carefully. From the photos, it looked like it had a balcony, but in reality, the view was of a concrete wall. The next day, I upgraded to a different room for an extra fee, and it was excellent. Just make sure to read the room descriptions thoroughly when booking.

The host was incredibly nice and made me feel safe. Beautiful homecooked breakfast which was lovely. Having a bike there and going to town and to the rice fields was fun.

I get up super early so it would of been nice to have access to walk around. Nothing on the homestay tho.
