Sound proofing between rooms. Could hear part of conversations and also some snoring at night! Smell of drains in my bathroom which I reported to staff. Bedroom quite small but neat, tidy and well kitted out.

Room needs an update. Squeeky doors, rusty balcony, floors not level. Overpriced. Up a steep hill.
