18 min walk to centre, good appliances, large kitchen, street parking

It was dirty. The knives were stuck to the draw with muck (other cutlery also dirty), the plates were dirty, the oven pan was dirty, the shower glass had not been cleaned and was caked with soap residue, there was toilet paper stuck in the outlet in the wall. There was an unpleasant stain on the couch. Our complaints were ignored, we sent photos twice. All that was offered was a 10euro reduction for having to clean the dirty knives. When we said this was not actual issue, we were asked what proposed and we said a refund or upgrade to one of their many other apartments. We received no reply. We did complain and nothing was done. The door to the toilet was see through glass when the light was on the bathroom. The photos on booking.com showed the door had a mirror but the mirror became clear glass as soon as there was a light on allowing one to see whoever was on the toilet. The windows could not be opened as the apartment was on the ground floor facing the street. They had a latch which allowed one to open them a few cm. One window was covered in plastic. After no assistance from the host or booking.com, we left after 2 nights of our 4 night stay.
