Heerlijk ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers. Prachtig uitzicht over Chiang Mai en omgeving, goede airco’s, fijne bedden. Mooi rooftop-zwembad. Contact met verhuurder verliep prima, geen vraag was teveel. Goeie 7/11 tegenover het gebouw, en de dagelijkse Night Market op loopafstand.
De beheerders van het pand (dus niet de verhuurder van het appartement) zijn bijzonder streng. 10-tallen waarschuwingsborden, voor iedere deur je pasje nodig, tascontrole bij het zwembad…. Iets teveel van het goede.
Het zwembad is niet diep (heuphoogte) dus echt zwemmen zit er niet in.

Our host was very quick to respond to any messages. The apartment was very clean. Main bedrooms are lovely. Good location. great coffee shops directly across the road. ‘Most’ cafe Great coffee. Roar coffee great but needs an extra shot!
The apartment is smaller than I imagined from the pictures, but big enough. Unfortunately the bathroom drains stink! My advice be prepared to keep the bathroom doors closed at the very least. I feel sorry for the owner as it is a new building but Thái builders tend not to put traps if the pipes so you get smell coming back up the plumbing! It’s terrible. This was the biggest negative for us.
