המיקום נוח, מתקני הבניין בעיקר הבריכה מצויינים, הרגשת ביטחון גבוהה, הדירה מרווחת
הציון של הדירה גבוהה לתמורה. שילמתי יותר מאפשרות אחרת לאותה הדירה בבניין רק בגלל הציון וציפיה לניקיון ובלי להסתבך מידיעה שזה לא מלון. נכנסנו לדירה אחר הצהריים והיא לא היתה נקיה. רק לקראת חצות כשנכנסנו למיטה, אשתי ראתה שכל המצעים מלוכלכים ועם שערות. לא יכלה לישון ככה וישנה על מגבות. זאת לא הצפייה כשמשלמים את מיטב כספנו. רשמתי ישר לבעלת הנכס אבל בשל השעה התגובה להודעה היתה רק בבוקר למחרת. היא שלחה צוות ניקיון שהחליף מצעים וניקה את הדירה. לא ניתן פיצוי לעוגמת הנפש מלבד מספר בקבוקי מים בשווי כמה עשרות באט. כמו כן באחד מחדרי השינה הוילונות הם וילונות גלילה שאינם מונעים מהאור לחדור בבוקר. מיטות קשות
