清潔で、広々とした施設でした。
窓の外から見える富士山も美しく、日ごろの喧騒から離れられてゆったりできました。
スタッフと直接接することがないのも、煩わしさがなく好印象です。
またの機会があったら、利用したいと思います。
静かなロケーションにあるため致し方ないのですが、施設への道がちょっとだけわかりにくかったです。
カーナビでの案内で迷うことはなかったのですが、できれば事前に案内図などがWebなどで確認できると安心できると思います。

The house is very spacious, clean and well equiped, located in a scenic spot with a very clear view of Mt. Fuji. The house is easy to find and very easy to check in and out.
It would be nice if the check out time could be extended to around 11 am. and also it would be great to have more mirrors around the house.

お部屋の間取りが良く広く取れて開放感がありました。小さな子供がいても安心して過ごす事が出来ました。
家に入る時に、施錠の説明が良く理解出来て無くて慌てました。
