Overall, the stay was good and generally met our expectations. The property was suitable for a family trip, and the location was convenient for traveling by car. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful.

There are a few areas that could be improved: 1. There was some dust around the headboards and windowsills, so the cleaning could be a little more thorough. 2. The bedding had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, although I might be particularly sensitive to it. 3. The two bottles of cleaning products near the kitchen sink were not labeled, so it was unclear whether they were dish soap or something else. Adding labels would be helpful. These were relatively minor issues, but improving them would make the stay more comfortable.

Everything was wonderful, location, clean snd well-appointed property.

There was nothing to dislike.

位置很棒離Forest Mall 富士河口湖很近，我們幾乎每天晚上都去一次，便利商店也是走路4分鐘就有。因為我們是三代同堂自駕旅行，３間獨立房間＋超大廚房和餐桌，感覺很自在。對有潔癖的家人，大家得打掃還算乾淨，但廚具也都一應具全。

因為就是坐落在國道139號線旁邊，而富士山周圍平常就很安靜，車子一經過都會知道，尤其晚上，只要願意戴耳塞都可以解決，但有家人就無法適應戴耳塞。有很多窗戶和巨大落地窗，但都看不到富士山，不過住上２天後，在路上看到的富士山就開始膩了。
