Dobry kontakt z właścicielem i jasne instrukcje.
Niestety w pokoju bardzo mocno śmierdziało papierosami, mimo że jest to obiekt dla niepalących. To zdecydowanie obniżyło komfort pobytu.

Душнавата, нават з кандыцыянерам. Але калі ўключыць і кандыцыянер і вентылятар - прыемна, толькі спаць шумнавата

Nawet dobra lokalizacja, tramwaj pod blokiem, biedronka. Netflix działał, da się przespać kilka nocy.
Przede wszystkim w opisie jest parking. Parking praktycznie nie istnieje, kilka miejsc które nie są nawet pod blokiem tylko dalej i są to miejsca przy ulicy, zwykły parkometr, oczywiście cały pobyt wszystko było zajęte. Trzeba było stanąć 1km dalej. Tytuł mieszkania to chyba specjalna ironia bo klimy to tam nie ma za to uderzający podmuch stęchlizny, smród i gorąc którego nie da się wywietrzyć, sprawdzałem czy coś tam nie umarło bo tak śmierdziało. I na zdjęciu był fotelik ładny a zamiast niego rzucony na ziemie materac obok łóżka.
