Lovely Studio in Kallio

The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was very good. The location was great.

The dining table was wobbly. Only 1 dining plate was found. Additional toiletpaper was hard to locate. The host encouraged communication outside of booking.com. They were persistant in obtaining a copy of my ID and home address. They persisted for 1,5 hours after we checked in. I was at this time in the front-row of a rock concert. I have stayed at many airbnbs and booking.com properties and have only been requested this information from established hotels. Since I was being asked to communicate outside of bookin.com, I felt uneasy about providing my personal information. I asked for the host's tax id number, but they refused. It is mandatory in Finland to provide a tax id # on requst. Because this harrasment was ruining my experience at the show, I reluctantly sent my personal information.

-Das Schlafsofa war nicht sauber. -Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls nicht sauber. -Der Inhaber hat mich am Abreisetag um 15 Uhr gefragt, ob wir die Unterkunft endlich verlassen hätten – wie bitte? Laut Beschreibung sollten wir die Unterkunft bis spätestens 12 Uhr räumen. -Der Inhaber erklärte, dass es ein Missverständnis mit der Putzfrau gegeben habe. Daher habe die Dame versucht, um 7 Uhr morgens in unsere Wohnung einzudringen, um zu reinigen. Er hat sich jedoch entschuldigt.
