The room was very small. No one on site to ask for clean towels etc. Plus they text you when your room is ready very late 3 to 4pm. Very difficult to get to talk with someone. Good location near metro and grocery store but 15mins from city center. Safe neighborhood.

The room was small and not properly cleaned. The bathroom outdated with a shower curtain, not a glass cabin as shown on the website. What was good were the coffee machine with paper filters and the refrigerator.

An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless but l don't know how yet. The ApartHotel had everything. I would 100% recommend it.

Overall property was nice, hotel room was spacious and enough for a week stay. However, the pillows had a distinct smell to them of body odor and when receiving more towels/pillows those had a odor. The fridge was also leaving off a bad scent where I couldn’t even open it. Nothing was even in the fridge and smelled as such upon arrival. Other than that the location was close, the atmosphere was nice, the room and bathroom were cleanly. Check in is super simple without a hassle. Overall it was a good experience 3.5/5

Straight-forward, no-frills property, self-check-in, timely and precise information on how to unlock doors. The room itself is a mini studio, with microwave, boiler, coffee maker. There's a nice lounge and kitchen downstairs and even a sauna is available depending on the day of the week. Communication with the property when necessary is also quite efficient. Property is close to the metro, with easy access to the city center.

An okay appartment hotel, only complaint would be that i had to climb above the entrance door to get to the fuse box in order to up the temperature in the bathroom Forenom was however alright to get in touch with on order to fix the problem.

I liked the gentrified quarter. Besides being located next to the autobahn, Forenom is situated next to some new apt., a 24-hour S-Market and an apteeki and breakfast Cafe Picnic. A new Prisma Mall and Lidl is on the other side of the Main road on the short way to Metro Station, as well a K-Market ... The Metro Lines 1 and 2 Go to the Main Station in under 20 Minutes, crossing the Waters of Kulosaari and kalasatama! My apt. seemed renovated, calm and very Clean, besides an hard to close Window ... Loved the Floor heating in the bathroom! Clean, modern Big Communal kitchen and Sauna in the basement. Unfortunately only short Sauna Window for men and women, 2 hours in the afternoon/evening. On top great price for a small apt. with amenities such as micromave and fridge. Recommendable!

What can I say, it’s a place to sleep. Room was not clean, right next to my bed on the floor a bloody bandage, and bathroom smelled like sewer. It’s low budget sure, but I did not expect 30 eur hostel level. I chose it for location, but will not in future.

Excellent. FREE parking, laundry and internet. But not a single person on site to reply for any questions you might have. I had to wait from 9 AM (when I made a reservation) to 15 PM to have the door code sent by email. (I was tired after driving about 500 miles since Rovaniemi, Lapland).

The sauna was only open Monday to Friday. Why not during the weekends? No cleaning during the weekends? My room was a very small single room.

The property was clean although the area was not good. The sauna facilities did not look clean. Also, according to the sign on the desk, there should have been someone to welcome us there but there was no one. Parking was very difficult and the spaces were unreasonably small. There is a parking garage below but to enter you need a code. We tried all the codes that were given to us and none of them worked so we aren't sure how you were able to go in. The beds were not comfortable and the pull out sofa mattress was very dirty. It's not a super nice room, just basic. Also, there is no AC so if your room is hot, I suggest turning on the stove fan as that made it cooler.

The room was a decent size. The wash basin in the bathroom was really small considering the plates etc also needed to be washed there. It is located at a convenient walk to the train station. Though the place was otherwise clean, there were a lot of hair on the throws on the beds. Our overall stay was okay.

Forenom hotel is far from Helsinki center. In fact, it is in zone C of public transport system, being A zone the city center and thus, going to the city center from the hotel being expensive and time consuming. The only reason why we booked this hotel, despite long distance to city center, is that hoteles.com informed us, upon our specific request, that it had air conditioning. But it happened not to have air conditioning. This has really upset us. In addition, the sauna availability was short time limited, there was only 1 fork available in a 2 guests room, the shower soap dispenser did not work and neither did the URL available for requests and complaints. Besides, we never saw the reception opened, so we never had the opportunity to get these inconveniences fixed...

I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was very convenient and comfortable with microwave, kettle and fridge in the room. There are some supermarkets around, and metro station is close- only 3 min walk and the city center is 10 min ride. The key code was sent to my phone by sms, which allowed me to check in at any time, and it worked well. Overall it was very nice and I would stay in this apartment again.

Hotel is basically a self service hotel with key codes to access house & room. It offers the facilities described in the description. Outside is typical East Helsinki and the hotel facilities are in a relatively OK shape. Inside the room was in clean beyond any complaint. Free parking places exist, but are limited in numbers. Good hotel in it's class.
