The warm communication she established while we were still on our way home was a sure sign that our entire holiday would be a delight. Being greeted with ice-cold water as soon as we arrived was worth it. Aside from the snacks, breakfast items, and drinks Ioanna left at home as a gift, all the toiletries and other essentials for our daily needs were of a level of detail we couldn't even imagine. Every corner of the house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very practical. The beautifully furnished veranda, adorned with flowers and overlooking the sea, became our place of choice for spending all our time. We had rented a house in Kavala a year ago but experienced some issues due to some missing items. This time, we were cautious and packed a lot of supplies, but we didn't need any of them. Everything was available, from ironing water and toothpaste to coffee pots and insect repellent, irons and hairspray. Considering the challenging streets in Kavala, we can say we had no problems parking. A huge thank you to Ioanna and her husband, who were always just a phone call away, always helpful, cheerful, friendly, and genuine, and for being wonderful hosts. The property is excellent and equipped with everything one could possibly need from kitchen devices to a thoughtful welcome kit.

The place is airless, cozy, and incredibly well-prepared.
