Excellet location
With no built in heating down stairs it was very cold. The plug in heaters did provide some warmth but we felt it needs better heating down there.

Brand new apartment with all the facilities. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone. Host were very responsive

It s mainly residential area, It is more of Air B&B than hotel type accommodation. No restaurants (except 1) or cafe closer, has to go to Hobart city. The accommodation is looking in to 4 different neighbours back yard.Less privacy.
