This a great property for families and those who need accessible facilities. Easy walking to beaches, sporting grounds and food options. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen well appointed.
Be aware that there is no toilet for the upstairs bedrooms but that was not an issue for us as we only used the 2 downstairs bedrooms and had 2 toilets.

Location, space and cleanliness. Easy walk to Ninja Stadium, Bellerive shops and the beach.
Our host was quick to respond to any questions we sent to him. I had mentioned that the grass was a bit long the previous weekend and he was quick to get it mown before we returned.

The size of the property and its location
The amenities provided were very limited and basic. We were provided with hand cut bars as soap and shampoo. The furniture in the property was very less compared to the space and very basic. The TV is really old. There is only a single aircon in the dining area and a heater outside the bedrooms.
