La ubicación y lo grande que era el apartamento...
Hay una vecina que le molestaban todos los ruidos, una simple charla en el salón ,sin ruido elevado, a la vecina le molestaba y daba golpes en la pared para que nos callasemos, la verdad que eso fue bastante incomodo ya que no podíamos apenas hablar...

Good location with adequate facilities
It is not stated in the website, but you can't even make a single peep after 8pm. Noise includes, talking at a normal volume and walking on the floor. The old grumpy lady upstairs will bang on the floor and kick up a fuss if there's any noise from your apartment. We could not even speak to one another at a normal volume and had to whisper the entire time. You also have to tiptoe as the floor is thin.
