Location and easy access. Responsiveness of the team
It was not particularly clean, we had to ask for additional towels as only shower towels were available. The sheet for additional bed did not look clean. The beds were uncomfortable.

Easy to reach, rear garden is good.
Sink was clogged, towel quality was very poor, coffee machine was faulty, rooms were noisy since they're facing to the street, double-glazed windows were very poor, you hear what people talking outside, there was no paper towel in the kitchen, no coffee or tea as a complimentary even a bottle of water. They need to improve their service quality asap... I won't stay here on my next visit...
