A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement, in the MONTCHAT area—a quintessential Lyon neighborhood known for its high quality of life, shops, and unique atmosphere. During April and May, you can admire the stunning wisteria vines that surround the small 1930s-era houses.
Ideally located, just a 10-minute tram ride from the PART DIEU train station (2 stops) and 25 minutes from St. Exupéry Airport.
We can accommodate up to 4 people (2 bedrooms). Travel cribs for babies are available upon request.
Ideal for families, groups of friends, training sessions, or get-togethers with colleagues.
The tram and buses are a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to explore Lyon.
In the evening, you’ll enjoy two quiet bedrooms facing the inner courtyard.

The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of an entryway, a living area with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a work area), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Fully furnished and equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils...)
