Staff was so welcoming, present, and helpful. Location was excellent. Close to the bus terminal. I took the bus daily. Restaurants, coffee (Galli!), drug store, markets were nearby, as well as views of the caldera and sunsets. Perfect view of the sunrise over the sea (from my patio/doorway!)
It's not on the Caldera side; but, that worked out perfectly for me. Pool wasnt open in the evenings.

A nice quiet convenient studio overlooking the sea views. Nice quiet swimming pool. Only a 20 minute walk to Fira. Bed was comfy. Shower was lovely. Receptionist was nice.
No sink in the kitchen so had to do it in the bathroom. Limited cutlery, no sharp knives. Limited plates and bowls. No tv channels in English.
