About this house rental
Enjoy our home in a quiet neighborhood. Entire house of 2850' has two living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 eating areas, 5 bedrooms that sleep 8 and 3 full bathrooms. OLED 65" smart tv with surround sound. Two gas fireplaces. Massive main bedroom with its own fireplace, cozy sitting area & private balcony, ensuite with separate shower, tub & double vanity. A fabulous outdoor oasis including a fishpond with waterfall, lots of seating, gas BBQ & firepit. Arroyo walk & playground 5 minutes away.

Quit neighborhood, awesome back yard for kids to play, everything was very nicely kept, felt at home for our short stay. Located perfect for lots of shops and stores. Highly recommended!

House worked very well for six adults and two grandchildren. (1 and 3). The only complaint was the inside air temperature. They apparently shut off the swamp cooler on October 1st of every year and change to the furnace setting. Due to the unseasonable temperature, the house got uncomfortably hot during the daytime. We were not able to cool the house down below 80 degrees during the day.

The home is easy to find and enter and there is a book with all instructions. The house is very fancy and quite clean. We were disappointed that the swamp coolers were not working and this made the humidity in the house hard for us. There were also tiny bugs on the sink counter in the main bathroom and we did find a cockroach at one point but he may have slipped in from the back patio when we were coming in from the fire. I do think that the place is well cared for but may have had a tiny hiccup before we arrived.
Beautiful backyard and plenty of space with a bedroom downstairs so my elderly mother did not have to walk up the large flight of stairs. Access to television and use of dining supplies. The hosts seem to be thoughtful people who try to go above and beyond.
