This 3400 sf 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath owned by a Diplomat Hosts up to 30 people with 10 Queen Beds and sofa beds. Orchard estate is a model home that backs up to the Rio Grande river and bosque. It is a great place for wedding overnight accommodations for out of town guests and rehearsal dinners. The property is great for family stays, teacher conferences, retreats, up to 30 guests. Weddings, reunions, memorials, and other Events of up to 250 people are permitted with an additional fee at our nearby event center.

I was looking for a place to hold a graduation party. It was the perfect place. It was big enough for my family to hang out without feeling too crowded. There are also plenty of nearby grocery stores for those last minutes items.

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving. The master bedroom closets are converted to bedrooms which works really well for families with small children. The kids can sleep in the closet area and go to bed early without the grownups waking them up, but still be right next to mom and dad overnight. It’s a very spacious kitchen and living room. Roberto was super easy to communicate with and very kind. Thanks again!

The property was spacious but that was the only positive aspect. The floors were dirty and the whole property seemed old and not updated. The backyard did not look as well kept as the pictures on VRBO implied. There were broken doors and lights that didn't work (which made it dim at night). The property manager was responsive but many of these issues should have been taken care of before we got there. I would not stay at this property again in its current state.
