This place is amazing! This was a work trip and everyone was impressed. Views are breathtaking. Front row seat to balloons. Comfortable and fabulous. The house is exceptionally clean. Everything needed for a great stay is there. It got so good, we didn’t want to leave for work each day. Chef’s kiss!!

Plenty of room, even for a dozen people. We never felt crowded with plenty of outdoor spaces, natural light from the large windows and very high ceilings. Responses from management were top notch. Fast responses to questions, even at odd hours. The view of the Sandias and almost daily hot air balloon launches were great. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that the outdoor furniture was a little tired and there wasn't enough of it for a large crowd. Granted the climate is tough on everything outdoors. The large yard had some wonderful foundational roses and shrubs that attracted scores of hummingbirds and there was no shortage of other interesting wildlife about (all minding their own business). However, it could use a bit of maintenance to really make the property perfect. We were all sad to leave, but we will be back.

Loved the place and near the hospital. Hosts were excellent. Super clean and great kitchen!
