    We travelled from Marbella to Palma to meet up with friends and found Hotel Almudaina through Agoda. From the moment we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise. The reception staff were warm and courteous, and our room was bright, tastefully decorated, and featured a comfortable, well-sized bed. Unfortunately, the shower did not function properly. The water temperature fluctuated unpredictably between lukewarm and hot without adjusting the tap, which made showering quite unpleasant. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but had we stayed another night, we would have definitely requested a room change.

    We are very happy with the room - very modern & very good sized, Very clean, tea making facilities, free minerl water every day, exceptional buffet breakfast [on 2nd floor] staff are friendly, ample hot water in shower, shampoo- shower gel- conditioner provided aswell, 2 lifts running to all floors, centrally situated, all ity centre within walking distance - Very glad to have chosen Hotel Almudaina since it os kur first time visit to Palma de Mallorca

    I booked a room last minute for my 10th wedding anniversary, we booked a double room but the hotel only had rooms with single beds. We couldn't get a refund so we had to accept it. Maybe considering it was our anniversary and we are residents on the island they could hace given us an upgrade to a better room considering we checked in at 7.30 at night because who else would book after this time. Or maybe a free breakfast or some bubbly would have been nice, they didn't care. I'll never stay again
