    A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location, convenient for the old town, marina, shops and just 5 minutes from the airport A1 bus stop. Lovely large room and excellent breakfast if included.

    The negatives: 1. This was our honeymoon hotel and a King bed was booked but was just 2 singles pushed together which caused the beds to seperate often. 2. My airpod pros were stolen by the cleaning staff and due to an early flight on the last day when I noticed them I could only email them with screenshots of the find my device app which located them in a part of Palma that we never drove through, walked through and showed it is plenty of apartments of locals. Upon chasing the hotel up they informed me that the cleaner found my airpods behind the curtain and just forgot to hand them into reception and instead took them home and only upon me flagging it did she return it (to note the airpods were always in my side bag that never left the hotel room and was zipped as I used them for the flight over only). I then had to pay 28 euros to get my own property back that was stolen. Pros: 1. Location is great, close to everything but with enough distance to have a good rest. 2. Parking under the hotel, saves time trying to find parking in the city.
