The house is also ideal for a group of friends (16 +7 persons); the kitchen of the apartment Serenella (on the ground floor) can be used, direct exit onto the garden. In this case, the garden and swimming pool would be at the exclusive use of the guests! Casale Le Fiabe is subdivided in 6 apartments, 3 on the ground floor and 3 apartments on the 1st floor.
