About this house rental

Don't let the address of this property fool you. Once you park your car on Landis and bring your bags inside, you never have to think about Landis again. The back of the house is effectively the frontside of your vacation. Enjoy a nice peak of the ocean over a large, fenced grass backyard past only 1 house that separates you from the beach. That's right, this property is 2nd off the beach and the gate of that yard opens so that you can walk to the beach or to The Promenade without crossing a street. The nearest public bar? It's certainly walkable along that easily accessible promenade but it's also 9 full blocks away. The 30s get a bad rep on this issue unfairly. That's further from a bar than 51st St. is. (And that bar is a pretty loud outdoor one, The Point on 43rd and the Beach.) This house is at an incredible location for your vacation. And it's well-maintained interior will let you enjoy all this location has to offer without a worry in the world. Book now. Before the secret gets out.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a full bathroom in the hall. The first bedroom has two singles- daybed with trundle with cable TV set up and second room has a pyramid bunk with single over double with trundle. The middle floor has a living room, fully stocked kitchen and half bathroom. The top floor has two bedrooms, both have queen beds and ROKU streaming tv.
OFFSEASON (unless weekly rate provided): $450/night for 2 night minimum, $375/night for 3 or more nights-non-holiday
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

The steps to the beach are as advertised- maybe a quarter of a block- across the Promenade- steps to coffee, bike rental and a WaWa were easy. Parking for two full sized vehicles in front- allowed for very few steps to the front door. Plenty of porches to step outside in full am and or pm sunlight- the grass yard made for easy stepping to the back or side door & gas grilling.
