We hope you enjoy your vacation and enjoy our home as much as we do! We are happy to rent our beach house to guests who treat it as if it were their own. Located only a few houses from the beach, this is the "west" unit (left side in the photo). Ocean view from front deck with covered awning for those hot summer days. Walk everywhere! One block North is Pirate Island Miniature Golf for all ages- One block to the East is the Promenade with shops, eateries, arcades and many places to sit watch the waves. Five blocks (8 minute walk) to the south is Excursion Park, where you can enjoy Free Music in the Park, Free Classic & Family Movies Under the Stars, the Farmers Market, Acoustic Open Mic Night and so much more. This spacious townhouse is a great choice for your family vacation. When you enter the home on the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Up one flight of steps to the 2nd floor is the main living area, kitchen, one full bathroom, and a queen bedroom. Up another flight of steps to the 3rd floor is the master suite with a queen bed, its own private deck with a view of the bay, and a private full bath with shower stall. Also an outdoor shower and 2 off-street parking spots. Families only. This 4-bedroom home will comfortably fit 2 families since there are 2 large Queen bedrooms and 2 children's bedrooms (sleeps 9 total) (PS- sorry, no pets allowed).
