About this house rental
Construction in 2016. Only 4 houses from the beach this 7 bedroom 4.5 bath townhouse sleeps 18 and is the perfect family getaway. Walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, the promenade, beach, and more.
Ground level is full garage entire length of the house. Allows for 6 parking spots on property. First level is a bedroom with three sets of bunk beds (two full over full & one single over single) as well as bonus room with sleeper sofa, one single over single bunk bed, and TV. There is also full shared bathroom on this floor. Second level has one master suite, another king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one two twin bedroom. There are two full baths on this level. One for the master and one shared. The top level is another master suite with full bath and additional half bath, the kitchen, dining area with seating for 10, breakfast bar with seating for 5, and family room. TVs are in 5 of the bedrooms.
Beach tags (10) and beach chairs (10) are all included. Beautiful outdoor deck with table and chairs and seating area. Lastly, two outdoor showers for your convenience when returning from the beach!

Overall very lovely experience the property needs a little help from a cleanliness standpoint. I don’t think the in between cleaning crew is doing quite the job they should but the location is great. The home is beautiful and we had everything we needed for the week that Property Manager’s been great to work with.

Pretty much as advertised. The place could have been slightly cleaner, but it was the end of the season so I get it. The couches had a ton of crumbs and the main area rug was gross. Everything else was very clean though. The beds were comfortable, and werent the cheap kind of rickety furniture with squeaking beds that a lot of places can be. The WiFi is not good. That's pretty much the only downside, everything else was very good and I would rent here again for sure. The host was responsive to my dumb questions about the wifi and the fire place, but only responded via text just a heads up.

Could not locate beach tags that listing states the house has. So Sat, sun and Mon we had to spend $50-$75 a day to buy tags. Contacted owner but never was replied to. Barely could get in touch with owner at all even through booking. Listing states 3 cars easily in garage but that’s a lie because there’s a 25 foot boat in trailer in garage we were able to fit 2 in garage and 3 in driveway.
Owner contacted me during our first night asking to call him because neighbors were taking photos of us and claimed we were throwing a wedding. We were a group of 20 (house sleeps 20) renters all above the age of 35 some over 50. We are not children that should be reprimanded by their parents and asked to call them on a vacation. House was great set up, plenty of room but vacation wasn’t too relaxing the first few days.
