A lovely 80's Mod home with high end, Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances, featuring 3 Bedrooms including a large Primary with En Suite and a Private Outdoor Hot Tub

Living Room:
To your right on entering the home, you'll find an open concept area with the main Living Space. There's a large sectional for plenty of seating, a gas fireplace wrapped in dark marble, and a big flatscreen TV for catching the game or your favorite show.

Kitchen:
Across the way is the Kitchen with an Island that seats 4. There's a 5-Burner, gas range at the end of the island. The Dishwasher is a Stainless Steel Bosch. The Fridge, Oven, and Microwave are Stainless Steel GE Profiles.

Dining Area:
The dining area has a circular table with 4 seats and 2 extra to the side. The area is surrounded by large windows bringing plenty of natural light.

Bedroom 1:
Down the hall from the entry is the Primary Bedroom with King Bed and flatscreen TV plus a sliding glass door for deck access.

Bedroom 2:
Bedroom number two has a Queen bed.

Bedroom 3:
Bedroom number 3 has two twin beds.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes, which include access to the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
For simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group for any time you book with us but not on our site. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
