We are nestled near Circle 11 in a quiet, desirable spot, you’re close to nature yet conveniently near amenities. Enjoy easy access to Sunriver via Cottonwood Drive and the North Store just 0.25 miles away. Step onto the second-story deck surrounded by towering pines and savor the fresh, crisp mountain air. A nearby bike path spur offers a private-feel route to the main trails—keep an eye out for deer wandering by!

Very clean and comfortable property. The upstairs hot tub right off the master bedroom is very nice and private. The house has everything you need. The hosts are super friendly and responsive. Will be booking again in the future.

Communication with Mark was great! We love the location of this house as it has easy access to head to Bend, Mt Bachelor, etc, without having to go through the congested parts of Sunriver. Perfect for a group of four adults. Plenty of space for everyone. Thanks Mark! We will be back!

Great family home. Very clean, especially for being in a wooded area and high ceilings no cobwebs or bugs hanging around. Beds were comfortable. Cozy sofa, and plenty of deck space to lounge.
