A really lovely hotel, great bar, restaurant, seating area - quite classy. Lovely rooftop pool.
Getting asked at check-in, whilst paying, if I wanted to leave a tip. We'd literally been in the building for less than one minute. A tip tends to be given for good service, why would I tip someone for giving me a key to a room? The room was over 300 Euro, 10% of that for checking me in - I think not.

Could hear the taxi drivers from nearby rank talking through the night while waiting for fares. Disturbed sleep somewhat
