i travel a lot ... OMG THIS HOTEL - everything was just so smooth and perfect!!! room was massive, huge wardrobe + drawers (same in the bathroom a lot of storage space) very important for me. bathroom was nice too - room was ready way before 3PM so we could check in early. and checkout at 12PM - so nice. hotels that kick you out at 10.30AM should be illegal. they even offered me free checkout at 1PM (or 2PM for a small fee) i ended up leaving before 12PM anyway but still it was so nice to be allowed if needed, staff was very helpful and happy to answer any questions. and that stunning marble staircase - LOVE IT - not some loud metal stairs hidden at the back when you don't want to use a lift...

wish they had a pool outside as well as the one in the Spa - but to roof terrace was beautiful still and its such a nice space to relax - drinks at sensible prices. spa - very very nice, clean, has all you need and expect from it really and gym had all you need too.

The room was spacious and the spa was a nice option.

The location is not good for tourists, it was my first time in the city so didn't know any better. It is very corporate so not much life.

Location was good, not a super busy/loud neighborhood but still enough places to eat in the area. Cleaning staff did an exceptional job tidying the room for us daily. Convenient to have a restaurant downstairs for the days we were too tired to go find somewhere else to eat.

Room was a bit on the smaller size for a family of 4, could use some updating. Cleaning staff was lovely and personable, front desk staff not so much. Refrigerator was filled with mini bar items, leaving minimal space for our own things.
