About this apartment rental
Welcome to "Cinnamon Sands", a comfortable condo offering all the amenities of home while looking out to spectacular views of Provincetown Harbor. Relax outside on the waterfront porch or stroll down sandy paths to swim or sunbathe. This newly renovated condo offers AC, new appliances, washer/dryer and a smart TV which includes Netflix and Amazon Prime and Hulu for live TV. Head into Provincetown for art openings, restaurants, people watching and night clubs. Visit Truro Vineyards winery and sip their local samples or browse the nearby Atlantic Spice shop famous for their huge array of spices and kitchen items. Explore The National Seashore park and beaches on nearby bike trails with lighthouses, wild blueberries, bird watching, stargazing, and swimming. Rate is for 2 person occupancy, a double sofa bed for additional guests at $50 per night. There is a 7 night minimum from mid-June to mid-September with a 3 night minimum during all other times. A $250 cleaning fee for rentals fewer than 7 nights. ***Subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

5 stars for cleanliness - immaculate is more like it. 5 stars for great location - easy bike ride into PTown. 5 stars for friendly neighbors. 5 stars for amazing deck overlooking water and views of PTown. 5 stars for being well-stocked with basics (we didn't have to run out for toilet paper or ketchup, unlike some other rentals we've done). 5 stars for being just the right size for a couple. 5 stars for comfort and amenities (the telescope was a nice surprise during the lunar eclipse super harvest moon). Honestly, our only complaint was the weather at the end of the week - which the owner obviously has no control over. But even during a late summer Nor'easter, this rental gets a cozy 5 stars. We would stay here again and would recommend this to friends and family (and to people reading this review too).

What a lovely condo with a fabulous view! It was just perfect for two people - spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite spot was in the rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the beach. We even saw the Perseid meteor showers as well as the Northern Lights! And then there were the nightly sunsets. This condo is close to restaurants, activities, the National Seashore, and the shuttle bus to Provincetown. We loved it all!

The interior was as beautiful as listed and the view was even better than expected. We had a wonderful stay and only wish it could have been longer.
