About this house rental
Modern, 3-bedroom private home offers panoramic views from every angle, from the sand dunes and Pilgrim Lake to Provincetown Bay and the tip of the Cape. (Please Note: July-Aug require 6 night minimum.) Home has an open floor plan that is spacious, light-filled and tastefully decorated. The new kitchen has all the amenities you could want with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an eating bar. The kitchen opens to a beautiful dining table.
This home boasts huge windows that bring in all of the sunrises and sunsets you can handle. The sliding glass door opens to a beautiful deck and access to the 6 burner gas grill. Once dinner is over you can relax in the spacious living room which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The living room features a large sectional that opens to a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable accent chairs, a gas fireplace, a large 55" curve flat-screen TV and sound bar.
The first floor has a bathroom which features a beautiful mosaic tile walk-in shower and sitting area. Downstairs also offers a laundry area with washer and dryer.
There are 3 cozy and comfortable bedrooms; one on the first floor and two on the second floor. The first floor features an elegant queen size bed, flat screen TV and views of the bay.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other a king size master. Both rooms have flat screen TV’s and plenty of room to relax and take in the views from the large windows. The second floor also has a full bath/shower.
Chefs will enjoy cooking since we've stocked it with everything from a dual coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, gas range and plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, crock pot and plenty of wine glasses for the wine connoisseur.
Other basic amenities offered are WIFI, air conditioning, towels and linens.
A fabulous vacation wouldn’t be complete without an outdoor propane fire pit and plenty of seating as well as an 8 foot picnic table for memorable gatherings with family and friends. And did we mention the outside shower?!
One of the best features of this home is the direct access to the beach using your private boardwalk directly across the street; just 50 steps to the sands of Beach Point!

We loved our stay. The property has everything you need, very clean, well appointed, and so comfortable. The location is excellent -- for beach and for the fun of Provincetown or Wellfleet. We were two families of three and thoroughly enjoyed our week there. We'd happily return!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Me, my sister, my niece ( at the last minute wanted to attend) and a very close family friend all stayed at Donna and Guys place. The home was so inviting and cozy, it is stocked with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The beach is a 2 minute walk across from the home. We went everyday and evening! Provincetown was a great time, dining and brunch was amazing! Shopping was great too.
Be aware food is a little pricey, so I would suggest your pricier items you bring with you.
Don’t hesitate to book with Donna and Guy, it truly is a beautiful place to stay!

This property was exactly as shown on the website. The home had EVERYTHING you could need, extra blankets, pillows, cooking supplies and spices, items in the bathrooms to use, it was fully stocked and ready to enjoy! It was a 10/10 on cleanliness and beautifully renovated! We were there for a week in a heat wave and the AC kept us nice and cool inside! The outdoor shower is a MUST to use! Also, the main event, the beach... the path is directly across from the house, very easy to access with beautiful views of Ptown!
Additionally, what helped us was having the bus route right in front of the house with our pickup just down the street and they would drop us off right in front of the house on our way back! Game changer when you want to have drinks in Ptown and be safe! I would HIGHLY recommend renting this home, you will not be disappointed!
