It had everything I needed, washer/dryer, balcony with comfy furniture—nice city view with a hint of the bay. Nice kitchen. Everything was clean and well kept.
When I left, I accidentally left behind my iPad and they worked with me to Uber courier it back to me which was really kind of them.
The a/c struggled, so I ended up buying a fan— but it was fixed within a very short few hours of notifying the staff.
I am a little bougie and would have preferred a more comfortable bed with nicer bedding and towels, but it was definitely not a dealbreaker for me.

The host seems to have found a trick: show low renting fees to look attractive and the add 250 USD extra per night for services at the last step of the booking process. If you are not careful, you end up booking a 440 USD/night while the offer was at 178 USD/night. Of course he makes sure the booking is not refundable so there is no way you can cancel. Seems to be a legal trick in booking standards but certainly not very honest. Anyhow the place is certainly NOT worth 440 USD/night.
