Localização, apartamento amplo e confortável para 4 pessoas. Disponibilidade de todos os utensílios domésticos, vista maravilhosa do mar, vaga de garagem disponível (já que a região não tem estacionamento próprio, essa é uma grande vantagem para quem está de carro). Restaurantes, shopping, farmácia e mercado próximos.
O estacionamento fica no 12 andar, então demorar um pouco para estacionar o carro (cerca de 10 minutos), carros muito grandes dificilmente terão fácil acesso. A mobília do apartamento é um pouco antiga mas nada que atrapalhe.

Location is great. Gym and pool very nice
Parking on the 12th floor. It does say Valet is available ($25-$45/night) if you have a large car it’s higher. This was the only negative about our stay.
