The balcony is excellent for relaxing after a hard day, but the view is partially obstructed by all the tall buildings. The pool on the 14th floor is also nice.
It takes a few minutes of climbing to reach the parking spot (Since its on the last floor of the garage building)

Localização, apartamento amplo e confortável para 4 pessoas. Disponibilidade de todos os utensílios domésticos, vista maravilhosa do mar, vaga de garagem disponível (já que a região não tem estacionamento próprio, essa é uma grande vantagem para quem está de carro). Restaurantes, shopping, farmácia e mercado próximos.
O estacionamento fica no 12 andar, então demorar um pouco para estacionar o carro (cerca de 10 minutos), carros muito grandes dificilmente terão fácil acesso. A mobília do apartamento é um pouco antiga mas nada que atrapalhe.
