The location of the property was exactly what we wanted, close to convenience stores, ideal for walking to the Malls and downtown. We had a 20 minute drive to South Beach & the famous Ocean Drive. The property was clean & comfortable with a good sized balcony overlooking the ocean.
On one occasion we had a problem getting one of the 6 lifts to the Lobby. It was because of the sheer volume of people checking out when we were going out.

Very convenient location, shops, restaurants, mall all in walking distance. Host was great and responded to messages promptly. Pool and restaurant on the 14th floor. Definitely able to sleep 6 people. Great balcony. I recommend.
Shower is extremely hard to change temperature. If you put it too cold or hot it takes at least 8-10 mins to change which is extremely annoying. If you leave right at 11am elevator is clogged for 30+ mins. You will be waiting a significant amount of time. Parking is annoying because there is a wall on every ramp which is extremely tight. You have to drive very slow to the 12th floor up/down.

I definitely recommend this place.
Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. Really great location. The apartment’s equipment was fantastic — absolutely nothing was missing. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We also valued the large beach towels. Everything was clean, nice and comfortable. Parking was on the 12th floor, but it’s not a problem at all. With a regular car it’s completely fine, and with a larger one it’s manageable too, just a bit slower.
The pool, jacuzzi, and gym were great — free access until 10 p.m.
