לקחנו חדר אחד עם 2 מיטות זוגיות וסלון, המטבח מאובזר, החדר גדול, הסלון מרווח, מרפסת גדולה. במרחק של 12 דקות הליכה קיים Publix, רואים את הים בזווית.
המיקום לא ברור, אין שילוט של המקום. המפתחות ממתינות בחדר. רק שלהגיע לחדר, צריך קודם כל להגיע לדלפק, לקבל דף עם כל הפרטים שצריך להציג בכניסה לחניה. כדי לחנות היינו צריכים לעלות עם הרכב מעל 20 קומות!!!! 9 דקות נסיעה. המעלית דורשת מפתח כדי ללחוץ על קומה, אבל עדיין אין לנו מפתח :(
יש 6 מעליות, רק 2 או 3 פעילות. כמעט תמיד הם עמוסים.

Nice centrally located condo. Clean and well equipped. Nice base for a quick pre-cruise visit to Miami. Has a washer/dryer which is useful in a pre-trip base. It was reasonably quiet for a downtown condo. The deli in the building across the street had decent food (we needed sandwiches for a trip) and having a CVS in the building was useful.
Traffic in the area can be a a bit chaotic during afternoon rush hour. We left on Saturday morning, but Friday night was really busy (lot's of people coming to town to party). The parking garage has been mentioned in many reviews. If you are driving a much bigger vehicle than you are used to it is probably a bit stressful, otherwise just plan for an extra 5 minutes to go up/down.
