A hospedagem não oferece café da manhã, mas o local no espaço para café é ótimo.
Falta melhores explicações quanto ao sistema de entrada no prédio e acomodações, não é intuitivo, nem pratico, e pelo fato de não ter ninguém com quem o hospede possa conversar, isso prejudicaria muito a hospedagem por pessoas idosas.

O espaço é muito bem e tem ótimo acesso a restaurantes, cafés e mercado.
O cadastro para registro facial foi enviado na hora de liberação de check in, sem uma explicação de que o link era para essa finalidade. Excesso de informações e muitos links, tendo pouca praticidade, principalmente para quem está se deslocando na BR. O atendimento pelo Whatsapp não é dos mais simpáticos e eles não inserem o cpf no recibo, dizem não ser possível, pois é um formato padrão apenas com o nome.

The apartment itself is very clean and nice but to get in was to complicated and the response could be quicker. Also not possible to storage luggage. A way overpriced for what you get.
Unfortunately the check-in was super complicated. Even that I was always writing in English they send me the instructions for check-in in Portuguese so I had to ask again for an English version. The instructions were a bit complicated because every step is on an extra page.
For the access you will get virtual keys. When I arrived at the building the keys didn’t work longer, the website said it was “invalid”, so I had to ask again for new keys. I was waiting outside 15 min until I got the new keys.
The communication in general could be a bit faster on what’s app.
My biggest problem was that there’s no way to storage luggage. Check-out is at 10 in the morning (which is way early), I can’t believe I am the only one who needs to storage the luggage. That should be better organized.
The apartment is very beautiful, clean and modern, the pool amazing - but I would say it’s a bit overpriced for what you will get. I moved after that place to an Airbnb and everything is way better organized (luggage storage, communication) …
