Localização é excelente, vale muito a pena por este ponto. Infraestrutura do prédio é antiga, porém tem uma academia pequena e um mercado para compras emergenciais. Apto é reformado, tem microondas, frigobar e um freezer pequeno. ideal para viagens de curta duração. Não é nada de luxoso, mas atende bem.
Prédio é antigo, o que faz a garagem ser bem apertada e exige bastante manobra, mesmo com o carro pequeno. Infra do prédio é antiga, deixa a desejar, porém se reflete no preço.
